About the Program
Are you creative and enjoy working with people? In the Occupational Therapy bachelor's program you will learn how to advise people and support them in shaping their lives as independently and self-sufficiently as possible.
Occupational Therapy places human activity at the centre of its work. Within the program, we equip you with the knowledge and competencies you need to work as an occupational therapist in a client-centred and everyday-life-oriented way.
The Occupational Therapy bachelor's program is the first of its kind in Baden-Württemberg. It leads to a dual qualification consisting of the academic degree Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and the state-recognised title of Occupational Therapist.
Through internship periods comprising at least 1,700 hours of practical experience, you will acquire medical, psychological and social-scientific foundations, occupational-therapeutic concepts and scientific methods.
