University Registration (Enrollment)
Exclusively for lottery winners, we provide free enrollment support from start to finish for university registration in Germany.
The enrollment process
From the lottery to university registration — step by step, all under our supervision.
Selection by Lottery & Official Approval
The student is selected through the transparent, notary-supervised lottery system and the right to enroll is officially confirmed.
Notification to the University
The selected student's details and chosen program are sent to the university. Preparation for enrollment begins.
Collecting & Preparing Documents
Passport copy, diploma and grade records, biometric photos, application forms and powers of attorney are prepared and checked.
Sending Documents to the University
All documents are sent complete and organized to the university's relevant department. Delivery is tracked.
University Review Process
The university reviews the documents in detail. If anything is missing or additional documents are requested, these are quickly completed and submitted.
Completion of Enrollment
After the documents are successfully approved, the official university registration (enrollment) takes place.
Matrikelnummer & Enrollment Certificate
The student receives their personal Matrikelnummer (student number) and the official Immatrikulationsbescheinigung (enrollment certificate).
Digital Document Uploaded to Dashboard
A digital copy of the certificate is uploaded to the student's personal dashboard. The student can access it online anytime.
Sending the Original to the Consulate
The original Immatrikulationsbescheinigung is sent to the responsible German consulate for the student visa application.
Start of the Student Visa Process
Once the certificate reaches the consulate, the standard student visa application process begins and the visa formalities are completed.
