Booking the Appointment

Interview Preparation
Before the visa interview we prepare you with a mock interview. You receive detailed guidance on possible questions, the right answers and the points to watch out for.
Application Tracking
After your application we track the process. We regularly gather information on the status of your visa and respond quickly to requests for additional documents when needed.
Visa Handover
After your visa is approved we are also by your side for collection. Together we do the final checks for picking up your passport and preparing your departure to Germany.
Required documents
The following documents are required for the visa application — we prepare all of them on your behalf.
Passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months and have at least 2 blank pages.
Acceptance Letter
The acceptance document from the university (we obtain it). The original is required.
Blocked Account
Minimum 11,208 EUR. We cover these costs and support you with opening the account.
