How does our housing process work?
Our three-stage housing support — from day one to your new home.
First 6 Months: Full Support
From your arrival in Germany you live for the first 6 months in a completely free, furnished and centrally located flat. Rent, electricity, water, internet and heating are fully covered by StudiStep. You don't have to pay anything extra.
Flat Search
Towards the end of the 5th month we contact you and start the flat search. We define which area, size and budget you want to search with. We browse property portals, arrange appointments and go to the viewings together.
Moving Into Your New Home
Once you've found the right flat, we're by your side for the lease, deposit and move. We prepare the necessary documents, handle communication with the landlord and ensure a smooth move.
